Located in downtown Lexington, KY. We have plenty of indoor space including a basketball court. We also have over 5000 sq ft of outdoor, fenced-in area.

The Davenport is a unique venue conveniently located in downtown Greer. We offer no restrictions to our clients as far as catering or other services- we believe that the renter should have the flexibility to choose the vendors they want for their event.
